Sweet potatoes
about 2 medium
1 lbOlive oil
or avocado oil
1 ½ TbspSalt
or to taste
½ tspGarlic powder
¼ tspPaprika

Preheat your air fryer to 380F (190C).

Peel the sweet potatoes (optional) and cut them into even 1/2-inch thick sticks or wedges for uniform cooking.

In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato fries with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper until evenly coated. For extra crispiness, you can optionally toss with 1 tsp cornstarch first.

Arrange the fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket (cook in batches if needed to avoid overcrowding).

Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the fries are golden and crispy. Add 1-2 extra minutes if you want them extra crunchy.
